Cash on Delivery (COD) Service

Cutis Luv Online Shop proudly offers nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
With COD, your order will be delivered right to your doorstep, and you can pay the delivery staff upon receiving your package.

Please note that delivery personnel are employed by our partner couriers, not by Cutis Luv. They will not be able to answer product-related inquiries. For any questions, concerns, or issues with your order, please contact our customer support team directly — we’re always happy to assist you promptly.

Shipping Time

Our fulfillment process typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on product availability. Please allow for possible delays during holidays or due to external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Luzon: 3–5 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

  • International / Overseas: 7–15 business days

Shipping Fee

  • FREE Shipping for orders ₱999 and above

  • ₱50 Standard Shipping Fee for orders below ₱999

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. However, since Cash on Delivery orders are immediately processed and handed to our partner couriers, cancellations can only be made under the following conditions:

  1. Your package is still with Cutis Luv Online Shop and has not yet been forwarded to our courier.

  2. Your order has not been delivered within 15 business days, and you have not received a confirmation or update from us.

If your order is already with the courier, we will not be able to cancel it. We kindly ask all customers to be responsible buyers and to use the Cash on Delivery option respectfully to help us prevent losses and keep this service available for everyone.

Order Confirmation

After successfully checking out, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Your tracking number will be sent once your package is processed and handed over to our logistics partner (within 24–48 hours).
