CUTIS LUV ONLINE SHOP offers wide Cash on Delivery service nationwide. 

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cutis Luv Online Shop delivers your package to your home first then you can pay upon receiving it. The delivery staff will be the one to collect your payment.

Please be reminded that any of the delivery staff is not our employee. They won't be able to answer questions about the items that you have order from Cutis Luv Online Shop.

If you have any issues or complains about your order, please contact us right away and we will be more than willing to assist you immediately. 

SHIPPING TIME

Fulfillment time is only 24-48 hours depending on the products availability. Holidays and the current COVID-19 pandemic may affect delivery time.

Delivery time will be as follows:

Metro Manila 1-3 days

Luzon 3-5 days

Visayas and Mindanao 5-7 days

In some cases, products will be coming overseas and the item usually takes 7 - 15 working days to arrive. 

SHIPPING FEE

Cutis Luv Online Shop offers FREE shipping fee for items worth P999 above and a standard shipping fee of P50 for items worth P998 below. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Though we really want to expedite all of our shipments, there is no available way of doing it if it is through cash-on-delivery. 

In the event that you need to cancel your order, we can only do so under these 2 conditions:

1. Your package is still with us and we have not yet forwarded it to one of our partner couriers for delivery.

2. There was no single attempt from our courier to deliver your package after 15 business days and you have not received a confirmation from us. 

If you contacted Cutis Luv Online Shop to request for cancellation and the status of your order does not meet either of the conditions mentioned above, Cutis Luv Online Shop will not be able to cancel your order since it is already in the hands of our partner courier.

Cutis Luv Online Shop would not want to resort to any legal means as much as possible to prevent loses cause by its customers or buyers. We ask from everyone to be a responsible buyer and not to abuse the cash-on-delivery method.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you successfully used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours or more to encode it via 3rd party logistics.
