HOW TO ORDER?
On our website, choose the item you would like to purchase and click the "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW" button. After adding all the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click the CHECKOUT button. On the Information page, fill up your complete details for ease of delivery, tap the CLICK TO CONTINUE button. On the Payment page, review your details and delivery instructions. If you have a discount voucher, you may input it to apply then tap CLICK TO PLACE ORDER. Your order is now complete. You will receive a notification that your order has been captured by our system.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
Cutis Luv Online Shop supports Cash on Delivery for added convenience. Payment will be collected by the courier upon delivery. All orders will be verified through a text message or email.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
All items worth P999 above is offered with Free Shipping. Items worth P998 below will be charged with P50 shipping fee nationwide.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipped via J&T Express thru VIP or Shopee checkout with our affiliate stores.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be verified through messenger, text message or email. For in-stock items, shipment will be out the day after you have confirmed your placed order. All orders without confirmation will not be processed. Some of our products are from overseas, thus if your order is in stock overseas, it will be shipped within 15-20 working days.
HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS DELIVERED AFTER SHIPMENT?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard deliveries are as follows:
Metro Manila 1-3 days
Luzon 3-5 days
Visayas and Mindanao 5-7 days
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders are processed immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, once your order has been submitted it cannot be altered. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. Similarly, the shipping address for orders that are already on their way cannot be changed.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I’VE PURCHASED?
Yes, we do accept returns or exchanges as long as it is within 7 days from the time you receive the package. Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns that are not damaged. We will only refund or replace an item that has a factory defect. Please refer to our Return and Refunds Policy.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email or mobile number. If you didn’t receive or cannot find the email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number.
WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?
We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, you will be informed to choose whether to wait for the restock or cancel your order.
