HOW TO ORDER

Simply visit our website, choose the product you’d like, and click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.” Once you’re ready, go to Checkout, fill out your complete delivery details, and review your order. If you have a discount code, you can apply it before tapping “Place Order.” You’ll then receive a confirmation notification once your order has been captured by our system.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently offer the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon receiving your order. Payment will be collected by the courier.

  • GCash: You can also settle your payment quickly and securely via GCash during checkout or upon confirmation of your order.

All orders are verified via text message or email before shipment.


SHIPPING FEES

Enjoy FREE shipping for orders worth ₱999 and above.
For orders below ₱999, a standard ₱50 shipping fee applies nationwide.


DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders are shipped via J&T Express, either directly or through our affiliate stores on Shopee or VIP.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Once your order is confirmed through Messenger, text, or email, it will be shipped the next business day if in stock.
For items sourced from overseas, please allow 15–20 working days for delivery.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

After shipping, standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 days

  • Luzon: 3–5 days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 days


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To ensure fast delivery, all orders are processed immediately. Because of this, once your order is submitted, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your details before placing your order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and defective. Refunds or replacements are only issued for items with a factory defect.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Didn’t receive one? Contact us at support@cutisluv.com, and we’ll resend your tracking details.


OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We do our best to keep everything available, but in rare cases, an item may go out of stock. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away and give you the option to wait for restock or cancel your order.
